Wake up at 5 am
Waking up early can truly make a difference! And you can tailor this, of course, I suggest waking up two hours before your normal time. This will give you time to plan for the day and if you are a mom like me, it can give you some peace and quiet while the whole house is still asleep.
Wash your Face
If you ever wanted to become more alert I would always suggest washing your face and rinsing with cold water. It’ll leave you with a fresh face and leave you more energized.
I am an advocate tea drinker due to its overall healing properties and benefits. There are teas to reduce bloating, improve mental clarity, and relax you. If you love drinking tea like I do or just curious then here are some teas that you have to try.

I have a partnership with a company called Upful Blends, they have teas for anything you can think of for an affordable price. My favorite tea for mental clarity, and health is their bestseller Food for the Blood. Another favorite is Queen’s Love Blend, which is great for hormonal balance and libido increase.
This is great for a healthy morning routine. I love working out in the morning because that’s when I am the most energized and have fewer distractions. Working out is good for the body and helps get rid of toxins. Some people go to the gym but I know a lot of people don’t have access to that.
You can also go for yoga and stretches as well, whatever you feel your body needs at the moment.
Your time alone is a time of self-reflection. To increase self-awareness you can also journalize your thoughts and document your wants and goals. A lot of people like to look at their vision boards and manifest, and others like to sit and talk to God and work on spiritual growth.
Do what’s best for you. Whatever is good for the soul do just that. Never lose sight of who you are and what you need. You are the best advocate, remember that.
